Khan Bahadur Khair Muhammad was from Baloch race who are known for their loyalty and honesty to their sovereigns. As a Leader National War Front of Karachi District, he did everything in his powers to further the War Fund Collection Work of his District. His contribution and collection of War Fund have been very much appreciated by the authorities. He was In his days he was a member of the Karachi District Local Board and was an Honorary Magistrate too.
