Today marks the date of birth of the distinguished writer and educationist, Dr. Shazia Pitafi. Born on the 20th of August, 1981, in Village Rasool Bux Pitafi, District Khairpur Mirs, she earned her PhD from the University of Karachi. She has held the position of sub-editor at the Literary Magazine Keenjhar.
Currently, she serves as a faculty member in the Department of Sindhi at Sindh University, Jamshoro. Her book titled “Evolution of Writing Grammar in Sindhi” has been published by the Sindhi Language Authority.
